Redskins Want Stability At QB: Coach Gruden

Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden wants stability at quarterback for the upcoming NFL season. Although Robert Griffin III was named Washington's starting signal caller for opening day, the head coach said the young quarterback still needs to prove himself on the field. "We still have got to play games and all that stuff," Gruden told ESPN.com. "We have announced Robert [Griffin] as the starter, obviously, and we're going to go from there."
